USA SHIPPING
All orders shipped by Obsessed Junkie will be shipped USPS Priority (2-3 Business Days) or USPS Standard (3-5 Business Days). Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will begin processing starting the following business day and orders take up to 1-3 business days to be processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders shipped by Obsessed Junkie will be shipped USPS Priority (6-14 Business Days). Orders typically take up to 1-3 business days to be processed. Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will begin processing starting the following business day and orders take up to 1-3 business days to be processed.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
When a free shipping promotion is offered, orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.

TRACK MY ORDER
Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided in email. Your order can be tracked at www.usps.com

DELAYS
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from Obsessed Junkie are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. However, we will add an additional $6.00 to your store credit.
NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and with all original packaging. Please keep your items in a returnable condition.

RETURNS
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Customers have 14 days after receiving your order to contact customer service and inform us on any damaged items. After 14 days there will not be any replacements of items.
